I have had the honor of knowing "Top" Holland for over a quarter of a century and count him among my dearest friends. Despite periodic bouts of poor health, John has continuously fought for the cause of our POW/MIA's.

Perfidy
brings forth the emotions many of us had in our initial introduction to the POW/MIA issue. Perfidy answers the question "how can this terrible injustice be allowed to happen to American fighting men" and discloses the identities of the elected officials and bureaucrats in the federal government responsible for the abandonment of our servicemen. I could not help but be impressed with "Top's" detailed recollection of all the events and efforts in which many of us participated, and of all the evil-doers whom we all feel deserve to reap what they have sewn by abandoning our men.

I highly recommend that Perfidy be read and distributed as widely as possible so that the truth may be imparted to our descendants and that it may stimulate a movement to punish the perpetrators of this evil deed.

"AN ENORMOUS CRIME"
Exposing the truth about our POW/MIAs

by former NC Congressman Bill Hendon and
POW daughter Elizabeth Stewart, Esq.

All members of Coalition member organizations are encouraged to obtain and read "An Enormous Crime," by Hon. William Hendon (R-NC) and Elizabeth Stewart, Esq. (POW daughter). Our friends, Billy and Beth, have worked ceaselessly for more than a quarter of a century to effect the release of Americans still held prisoner by the repressive communist government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Lao Peoples Republic. This book is a testament to the betrayal of American prisoners of war and missing in action by our government and to the efforts of the POW/MIA activists to effect to bring our men home.

We are pleased to report that on May 27th, 2007, during his visit to the White House to meet with President Bush, Artie Muller, Executive Director of Rolling Thunder, Inc., was able to present to a member of the White House Staff, a copy of "An Enormous Crime," for President Bush's edification. As always, we express our hope that this information contained in this book forces our government to show the same courage that has been shown by our POW/MIAs for more than forty years.
