It
is disgraceful that phonies should be
permitted to derive veterans benefits
when those who have not returned have
never enjoyed them or received the honor
to which they are entitled. The VA is
concerned about its budget but these
creeps not only defraud the VA but they
are defraud their fellow vets and contribute
to the VA backog. The VA should create
a section within itself tasked to confirm
actual returned POWs from the lists
provided by the Defense Department and
if a person is proven not to have been
a POW, the government should make him
become - one in a federal penitentiary
for all such offenders.
