Two other veterans groups,
both member groups of the NV&GWVC, specialize
in POW/MIA info. These are

The last time our country
effectively brought home our POW/MIA's was
the "great raid" of the
Cabanatuan Prison Camp during January of
1945, WWII, under the leadership of President
Harry S. Truman. During President Truman's
administration our government did not tolerate
our prisoners of war being left behind.
Somewhere between President Truman and President
George W. Bush, the legacy has been silenced.
Why have they neglected to bring our men
home? There is so little time. Please write
your representatives, actually bombard them
with letters and phone calls for them to
enforce the return of all of our men and
a full accounting. One entire community
out of a whole nation can make a difference.
One community in each state of the nation
will make an even bigger difference.

Capt. Michael "Scott" Speicher
Listed as POW from
the first Gulf War in 1991, Capt.
Speicher's plane was shot down and
witnesses claimed to have had information
that Scott was still alive. These
allegations, however, were false as
Capt. Speicher's returns have been
