Should WE call
for a Special Investigator?
Would we get to the ground truth or not?

Some vets have more info that they have sat on for 16 years but will we
see it or were they bought off like others.
What ever we do should have unity and support from other quarters.
It hurts the souls of men and women that put their lives on the line to
be betrayed to such a degree. It hurts more to see veterans organizations
that will not stand firm for what ever reason.
Those that have been on battlefields are POWs Prisoners of Washington.
So sad to have believed heart and soul in your government and to have
sworn allegance against all enemies foreign and domestic! Major Mike Donnelly(AF
F16)(rest in peace) and Randy Hebert(Marine) and hundreds of thousands
from the First Gulf War both US and allies veterans held hostage. Which
is worse than Atomic Veterans, Agent Orange Veterans, Shad, Gulf War Veterans,
Nondeployed Gulf War Vets made ill too.
How could good epidemiological studies been done when controls were not
done to weed out nondeployed but ill. Like I said garbage in...garbage
out and that is what VA/DOD did to us using their tool of IOM by means
of certain ways to write contract.
The research of 16 years was slanted in wrong directions by VA/DOD re
PTSD , historical stress what do you expect truth?
Cleaning house of people deeply imbeded would be a start. Setting up committees
of those that were there that can still help to clean up the mess would
be nice. Finding a way to restore trust by listening and doing our suggestions.
Quit messing with our vets--charging them when they should not be, withholding
meds because there is "no gulf war syndrome" is unacceptable
and is criminal behavior.
Holding back data on how many have diagnosed illnesses: Parkinsons Disease,
MS, ALS, Cancers, other diseases with autoimmune and neurological basis
...give us the data now publicly. Give us the data on mortaltilies of
cancers by type and year and location Vet served, age. Do not wait any
longer!
How many died in early age group re Cardiac situation, Kidney, liver?
How many had car accidents and died and what were their symptoms before
and were they on the gulf war registry?
How many having eye and dental problems now but yet cannt get care nor
can it be documented because they cannt get into VA specialty of dental/eye?
16 years of hearings, town hall meetings, bills, legislation........ history
re of the past delay, denial
This should be an election issue. Ask your candidate are they informed
if not then give them 10 days if not then dont vote for them. Is your
candidate willing to give concrete steps of what he will do with timetable,
if not vote him down.
Vets may not have money and or influence but we should count! How many
Americans will stand up for us more than putting a sticker on a car?
How can we look our
children in the eye and tell them to believe in country and to serve?
Some said never again well where are you???? The battle/war is not done!
