The material found here in the Reading Room consists of "recommended reading," books by
both military and military-inspired authors and also various articles on
military-related subjects.

The National Vietnam & Gulf War Veterans Coalition References to Veterans Health Care.

Coalition members are very active and supportive in healthcare legislation and the supplying of sources
and information for all veterans on major health issues.

Gulf War Illness is a Major Concern Among Gulf War Veterans and the Coalition, through it's vice chair woman, Denise Nichols, RN MAJ. USAF RET., offers both recent and archived information on Gulf War Illness with continual updates. Also of extreme importance is the Vietnam-related illness, Agent Orange.PTSD is a major issue involving veterans of ALL conflicts. We try to report as much information as possible, through our various sources, to keep our veterans fully aware of the resolutions and treatments available.

Veterans Health

Members of the Coalition take pride in supporting veterans and their causes. Among their many goals
is to help in the Wounded Warrior projects. Many visit the Bethesda and Walter Reed hospitals and
spend their time devoted to helping those who suffer from the consequences of their service. We would like to take this time to thank all of you for your utmost care and concern for veterans.

veterans and their families.

Also available is a Veteran's Guide, provided by the
National Vietnam Veterans Foundation, which lists all of
the major VA facilities and agencies by state. This is a
free pamphlet and is listed on our links site.
